"All I want for Christmas is my two front teeth!"
Bug lost her 6th baby tooth this morning. It's been loose for a couple months now, and we were all hoping it would come out before Christmas, but it had its own plans. Yesterday, she was eating a marshmallow sucker when she bit down onto the sucker stick. All of a sudden she came running in to me very excited and said that when she bit down, it broke her tooth really loose. After that there was no stopping her from attempting to get it out.
But after all her hard work, it was only half way out by bedtime last night. So she put her work on hold, only to resume again this morning. She came into the livingroom and sat down with a paper towel. She was wiggling it to no end, when all of a sudden I heard a loud POP! She was very excited as she shouted that she had gotten it out! Yay for Bug!!! Because she had yanked it, it caused quite a bit of bleeding so as she rinsed her mouth out, I rinsed the tooth off. Then she put it into her tooth pillow and we took some pictures. I gotta say she's got pretty good timing, because we're going to be taking our Christmas stuff down this weekend, so she was able to get her picture taken in front of the Christmas tree.
She is patiently awaiting the tooth fairy's arrival tonight!
6 teeth in 1 year... WOW!
